PAKCOOL® TC-125-N1 is a one-part, room temperature moisture-cured liquid thermal conductive silicone adhesive with thermal conductivity of 2.9W/m*K  amd Shear Strength  of 3.6MPa,  it can be widely used for the packaging of manual personal portable computer integrated circuits, microprocessors, etc. This product has good adhesion to metals including copper, aluminum, stainless steel, etc., and the curing form is dealcoholizing type, which will not cause corrosion to metal and nonmetal surfaces.
